Yes, Virginia, there is a pancake day. It is related to Lent, basically the UK version of Mardi Gras.
Sarah and I took our annual journey down to Hyde Park for some Dixie Kitchen! We had new friends join us this year--Karis Findlan, Jason Pukala, Luke Tenery, and Jill Evans. (Patrick was out of town.) We missed you!!
